Terms of Use

LMNR Studio is a registered business name of SEREIN GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 64 654 674 987). LMNR Invoice Automation is a private tool provided for LMNR Studio's internal invoicing workflow. It is not offered as a public accounting service.

Authorized use

Only the LMNR account owner and expressly authorized operators may use the service. Users remain responsible for reviewing invoice recipients, items, tax treatment and totals before an invoice is sent.

Availability

The service may be changed, suspended or disconnected for maintenance, security or third-party platform changes.

Third-party services

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit and remains subject to Intuit's own terms and policies.
