Privacy Policy

LMNR Studio is a registered business name of SEREIN GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 64 654 674 987). LMNR Invoice Automation is a private internal tool used to prepare, issue and reconcile invoices for LMNR Studio's photography services.

Data used

The service may access QuickBooks Online customers, products and services, invoices, tax information and payment status. It uses only information required for the invoicing workflow.

Use and sharing

Data is not sold or used for advertising. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the workflow, including Intuit and the cloud hosting provider.

Security and retention

Connections use encrypted HTTPS. Credentials are stored in restricted cloud secret storage. Data is retained only while needed for accounting, security and legal obligations.

Access and deletion

The LMNR account owner may request access, correction, disconnection or deletion of application-held data by emailing harry@lmnr.com.au.
